I am an experienced Physical Education and Physical Conditioning Instructor, dedicated to helping individuals exceed their limits and achieve their personal goals.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and a Master’s Degree in Sport Rehabilitation and Human Performance from the University of Strasbourg. In addition, I possess a UEFA C Coaching License and First Aid Certification. I have gained valuable professional experience in Athens, where I developed and delivered effective, structured, and personalized fitness and conditioning programs.

I am passionate about supporting individuals in improving their performance, health, and self-confidence through tailored training methods.
